NTA EBulletin: Notice of Orders from CERB and Superior Court

On January 18, the NPS School Committee filed a petition with the Massachusetts Department of Labor Relations alleging the Newton Teachers Association was inducing, encouraging and condoning a strike by its members. As a result of that filing, the Commonwealth Employment Relations Board (CERB) issued this ruling and order.
On Friday, January 19, the CERB went to Middlesex Superior Court seeking an injunction to enforce their ruling and order. After a hearing, the Middlesex Superior Court issued this order.
